Developers Trion Worlds have entered an exclusive agreement with AsiaSoft to release the title in the following South-East Asian territories: Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand. This news comes hot on the heels of a recent announcement that Shanda Games would be bringing Rift to China.
The partnership appoints AsiaSoft to exclusively distribute and re-sell the English version of Rift, and to be responsible for its marketing, PR and customer support in all six territories.
AsiaSoft has also introduced an alternative mode of payment for subscriptions via @Cash, where S$1 is equivalent to approximately 1000 @Cash.
